ABSTRACT

Behçet's syndrome (BS) is a systemic vasculitis, affecting all sizes and types of vessels. Neuro-Behçet's syndrome (NBS) is among the major serious complications of BS. Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) like presentation is very rare during NBS course. Herein, we report a patient with BS and ALS and presented additional 6 cases reported previously. Based on these cases, we cannot conclude whether there is a real association between these two diseases or it is just a coincidence.
