ABSTRACT

Wegener's granulomatosis (WG) is a systemic, necrotizing, granulomatous vasculitis affecting small and medium sized blood vessels. Granulomatous inflammatory and vasculitic processes might be seen consecutively or concurrently. Skin, joint, eye, upper airways, lung and kidney are the most frequently involved organs. Parotis, epididymis, testis, uterus and cervix involvement were rarely reported in WG. Herein, we reported a WG patient who presented with necrotizing scleritis and cavitated pulmonary nodules, and later developed saddle nose deformity, amaurosis and relapsing pelvic mass causing rectovaginal and vesicovaginal fistula.
