Sjogren's syndrome (SjS) is a chronic, systemic, autoimmune disease that characterized by inflammation and dysfunction of the exocrine glands. Although the main findings of disease are dry eye (xerophthalmia) and dry mouth (xerostomia), significant number of patients are present with extraglandular systemic manifestations of nervous system, pulmonary, gastrointestinal tract. Previous studies reported varying pattern and frequency of neurological involvement. One of the most common extraglandular manifestations of the disease is vasculitis. In this review, we aimed to discuss neurological manifestations and vasculitic involvement of primary SjS.
