ABSTRACT
There are very few data in the literature about patients who underwent renal transplantation and treated with biological agents for rheumatic diseases, most of which are case series. For this reason, we have tried to summarize the experience of our clinic in this case report by reviewing the cases in the literature. Of the 3 cases followed up in our clinic, 2 had ankylosing spondylitis and one had familial Mediterranean fever. The cause of end-stage renal failure was chronic tubulointerstitial nephritis due to the use of anti-inflammatory agent in one patient while secondary amyloidosis was the underlying chronic inflammatory disease in the other two patients. They were followed up stably by biological treatments after renal transplantation.
